Program description

Curbelo Healthcare LLC, doing business as Curbello Health Consultant, sends text messages to people who opt in through our website chat or in person. Messages include replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and information about Medicare and insurance coverage options, including promotional messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box in our website chat, or by giving us written or verbal permission to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message we send. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive any more text messages from us. To join again, text START or sign up again.
